Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Rovenmere Home website or place an order with us. By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. About our store

Rovenmere Home sells home and lifestyle products online to customers in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at junaidgilani32@gmail.com.

2. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials and prices are accurate. Colours and finishes can appear slightly different depending on lighting, screens and natural material variation.

We may correct obvious errors and update product information where necessary.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. The price payable is the price shown at checkout when you place the order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed unless we expressly offer another payment arrangement.

4. Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, depending on the circumstances. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or listing error, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

5. Availability

Stock information can change quickly because some products are supplied through third-party fulfilment partners. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Full delivery information is available on our Delivery & Returns page.

7. Cancellations and returns

UK consumers may have statutory cancellation and return rights for online purchases. Details, including how to return an item and how faulty goods are handled, are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Faulty goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If there is a problem with an item, contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions or usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Website use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual property

The Rovenmere Home name, site design, original text, graphics and other content we own or license are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes but may not copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

12. Third-party services

Our store uses third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners and couriers. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control, although this does not limit any responsibility we have to you for fulfilling our own obligations.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses suffered by someone purchasing as a consumer.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed where appropriate.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to an order are the terms in force when that order is placed.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you are a consumer in another part of the UK, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to junaidgilani32@gmail.com.
